Title: Spiced Cherries

1qtSour cherries
1cVinegar
4cSugar
1/2tbCloves (probably whole, but

1/2tbCinnamon

Wash and pit cherries, the put in a pan with the vinegar and sugar over low heat and cook for about one hour. Stir frequently. After 30 minutes, add cloves and cinnamon. Finish cooking and put in hot, sterilized jars. Makes 3-4 half pint jars.
